Commissions
Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you understand and agree with the terms down below.
Prices will increase depending on complexity and level of details
▪ Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. Please let me know before I confirm the commission if you intend you use the artwork for commercial use as that will incur a higher fee.

General
What I will draw:
OCs ~Girls ~ Boys ~Kemonomimi~GL~BL~ Detailed character designs~ Fanart

What I will not draw:
~Fetishism~NSFW⁎~ Mecha~Old people~Furry~Anthro~Celebrity Character(s)

Rush Deadlines
• A rushed deadline is <3 days>. This will allow you to be moved to the first person in my work queue.
• Customer agrees to additional price increases (1-5 times the general price of your commission) depending on how pressed time is. Complexity of the artwork will also be a variable when deciding the deadline.
• Please be aware of the amount of people on my waiting list. You commission may take weeks to months depending on the queue ahead of you.

MORE Information
• I own every right to decline your commission.
▪ You will receive a full resolution digital PSD file. No physical item will be delivered.
▪ I have the copyright to my designs and I am allowed to publish it on my social media or portfolios.

Payment
• I will not start working on your commission until I receive the payment (PAYPAL OR VEMO).
• The currency accepted is USD.

Process
•A finish date will be given upon approval of contract and first payment. If any delays arise, customers will be given 7 days notice if the finish date moves.
• I will send you Work in progress and you will be able to ask for revisions.
• Revisions will not be accepted after I’ve completed your commission!

Cancellation and refunds
If I have not started working, you will be refunded 100% of the commission.
If I have done the sketch, you will be refunded 75% of the commission.
If I am inking, you will be refunded 50% of the commission.
If I am shading, you will be refunded 25% of the commission.
If the commission is complete, you will not get a refund.

Rights and Usage
• Do not claim, edit, trace, copy, repost my artworks in any circumstances without my consent.
• You do not own the right to use your commission for commercial purposes such as merch, t-shirt, prints etc..., unless both the commissioner and artist agreed to do so, according to Commercial purposes (see below).
• You are allowed to animate – to make somebody animate your commission!
• You are allowed to use your commission as your desktop background, online avatar! Credit isn’t necessary but highly appreciated!
•I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media unless stated in the request. May incur additional privacy fee. I reserve the right to stream the process, unless otherwise discussed.
▪ Reposting your commission is fine, just include credit to my social media.
Commercial Purposes
• Commercial purposes have to be discussed between I and the commissioner beforehand.
• I will charge based on the complexity of your commission for commercial uses. Please email: [email protected]
